Geology      The mine lies in the west edge of the middle uplift of Wuyi section. The shape, attitude, size and trend of the mine are controlled by the North East or North West crack. To the southwest of the mine, there are considerable potential mining resources existing, mainly Spodumenite Ore, Fluorite Ore, tantalum-niobium ore and so on.

Targets       At present, RMB38.3 million has been put into mining and processing with a scale of 0.2 million tons per year of raw ore. Producing 18000 tons of lithium concentrate and according to the current market price of RMB2200 per ton, the sales of lithium concentrate can create a net profit of about RMB15 million. The smelting and processing plant for the 2500 tons per year lithium carbonate covers an area of about 5000 km2 and has been equipped with devices. The plant will have trial production by the end of November. RMB23.5 million has been put into to investment and RMB100 billion of after-tax profit will be produced.
